In addition to being a Cisco Learning Solutions Partner, Innovise ESM is a Cisco Advanced Services partner. We successfully deliver Cisco NMS/OSS solutions containing Cisco NMS products such as SCE, ANA,ACS, ISC, MDE, TEM, CIC and CiscoWorks (LMS, CUCMS, QPM, NCM) to our extensive customer base throughout EMEA.

Through the design and deployment of NMS/OSS solutions, Innovise ESM Training has a detailed understanding of Cisco products and solutions and has developed and delivered specialist training to Cisco customers and Internal staff in various theatres around the world.

Our knowledge of NMS/OSS Cisco solutions has enabled us to be selected as the only European and Worldwide learning partner for NCM and ISC training respectively by Cisco's Network Management Technology Group.

Each NMS/OSS deployment, network infrastructure and MPLS services are unique to each customer; consequently their training and operational support objectives also differ. To ensure that training is aligned with these varying requirements Innovise ESM Training offer bespoke solutions to include tailored training, workshops and deliveries from any location.

As part of our continued commitment to "hands-on" training we have developed a detailed set of lab exercises to accompany all our NCM, QPM and ACS courses. All our ISC courses are supported by our dedicated MPLS/VPN remote lab facility.
