The Operational Foundations for Cisco® Service Provider Core Networks (OFCN) Version 1.0 course introduces level-two personnel to the service provider network operations environment, processes, and management tools and methods and enables students to practice the primary job roles and tasks. The course helps prepare students for the CCNP® SP Operations certification exam. CCNP certification in SP Operations validates basic knowledge and skills of a Tier 2 support engineer in a prescriptive troubleshooting environment within a carrier-class IP Next-Generation Network (NGN) core infrastructure.
