Prerequisites
Students must have an administration level understanding of the underlying management systems, background in IT system administration and completed the Advanced Administration course.
This course will provide students with a more in-depth understanding of Portal Builder which allows administrators to create Portals and Dashboards with a click of a mouse. This course is designed for the experienced Managed Objects administrator looking to enhance their knowledge in the following areas: Deploying custom features (mapps/charts/graphs); How to match Business Service Views (BSVs) data to the right Portlet; Some basic tips on when to customize vs out of the box.
