Attendees should have experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, and be comfortable with XML.

The Abilisoft Monitoring Agent Advanced training course is a three‐day intensive course designed for systeM administrators, and all levels of support personnel who are responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of the MA solution.

The course provides in depth knowledge on how to operate and support an enterprise level MA installation.

Course Objectives

After completing this course, attendees will be able to deploy and install MA on a range of operating systems, and understand the benefits that MA provides. Attendees will also be able to configure MA to monitor hardware, applications
and operating systems.

Attendees will be able to configure MA using advanced techniques, and understand how to customise MA functionality to suit any type of environment. Advanced support procedures for MA will be understood.
