Innovise ESM Training has been approved to deliver the New Service Provider Operations Special Practice. As a Cisco Advanced Services partner experienced in the management of Service Provider networks Innovise ESM is recognised as an ideal learning Partner to deliver the SPO curriculum.

The Service Provider network environment is characterized by the convergence of infrastructure and services and the integration of service offerings. The Service Provider Operations (SP Operations) track focuses on the growing demand for support engineers capable of monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting the service provider network infrastructure. The new track develops the ability to manage large, complex service provider networks and certify at the Associate, Professional and Expert level.

The five courses align to the new CCNA and CCNP SP Operations certifications, covering incident (event), fault, configuration, change, and performance management procedures, along with network management and ticketing tools.
