The Brief

A major Telco identified a requirement for consultancy and training following the migration from their existing Cisco MPLS/VPN management solution to the latest tool IP Solution Centre. The project consisted of two stages; migration consultancy and migration training.

The Approach

The consultancy phase of the project required a process of migration solution testing. This involved liaising directly with the Telco and Cisco to develop a suitable migration package. The migration procedure was then fully documented and the live solution migration was completed. This was followed by several days of customer support.

The Solution

The training phase of the project required a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to help identify the precise areas where training was required. This created a customised training solution that enabled the Telco to better utilise both their training budgets and staff resources by identifying the specific training requirements of their staff. The material and associated labs were developed to reflect the specific areas of the topics identified in the specification, hence maximising the value of the training received.
