The Brief
A large financial institution selected Innovise ESM Training to assist with the development of an MPLS training programme in line with their specific requirements
The Approach
The first phase of the project required a detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to help identify the precise areas where training was needed. This involved the placement of a training consultant whom would work directly to define the exact training content required and the materials to be used to deliver it.
The Solution
A bespoke training solution that enabled the customer to better utilise both their training budgets and staff resources.
As a result of the TNA a detailed course syllabus was created:
- Module 1: MPLS Concepts
- Module 2: MPLS VPN Technology
- Module 3: MPLS VPN Implementation
- Module 4: Complex MPLS VPNs
